Beef Bullion Au Jus Answers
How can you make an au jus sauce without the drippings?
Q. My husband and I had a prime rib last night. We took the left overs home, but would like some au jus sauce. Anyone have an easy recipie. I have some loose beef bullion and corn starch...I figure that's a start. ...technically "au jus" means "with juice"

A. It would be better with beef stock than beef bullion but basically start with 1 cup stock and add 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste. Should come fairly close. Enjoy!
