while filling of electrons in lanthanum and actinium , the last electron goes to 5d and from Pr to Lu to 4f?
Q. Similarly while filling for actinoids ,, last electron goes to 6d, then in filling of thoriumlast electron again goes to 6d, then infilling of Pa ,U, Np, one electron enters 6d and then the rest of electrons start filling in 5f till Lr .Why?

A. The last electron for lanthanum (La) would be 5d, actinium (Ac) would be 6d, Pr is 4f , Lu would start the 5d. The Actinoids series are elements that are not very stable, they are quite radioactive. They do not follow the electron configuration rules that strictly. It's as simple as that.
